Follow the system around it.
Look at people, history, incentives, markets, institutions, land and infrastructure — not only the visible event.
- 03Evidence
Pressure-test the first answer.
Compare what experience suggests with data, trade-offs and credible competing explanations.
- 04View
Publish clearly, then remain revisable.
State the conclusion I can defend now and leave the door open for stronger evidence later.
