Editorial standards
Advertising with care.
Not every product or service is a fit for this personal platform.
What we assess
Not every product or service is accepted. We review relevance, truthful claims, customer safety, ownership and permissions before quoting or publishing. We do not accept unlawful products, scams, counterfeit goods, discriminatory or exploitative offers, deceptive guarantees, or material supplied without the necessary rights. Health, finance and other regulated offers need appropriate evidence and permissions and may be declined. Payment never overrides editorial suitability. Accepted advertising is labelled, and the advertiser remains responsible for its offer and customer orders.
Evidence may include an official business or product page, actual terms and prices, rights to supplied images, and appropriate credentials for a regulated service. Selecting a category or paying an invoice does not establish that these checks are satisfied.
Clear separation from independent writing
Paid articles and promotional posts identify the sponsor. A paid feature is not an independent product endorsement, and the provider remains responsible for its claims, sales and fulfilment. Sponsored articles do not ask readers to contribute to the writing beneath the feature.
Approval, scheduling and changes
We agree the exact scope and accounts before production. The client reviews factual accuracy and permissions; final editorial approval is separate. Repeat-post automation is limited to the approved, paid campaign and stops for changes or uncertain results. Newsletter advertising, video and ad spend are not silently included.
Declines and concerns
A proposal may be declined or returned for more evidence. Report misleading claims, rights issues or expired information through the contact page. Existing work and any unearned balance are handled according to the agreed service terms; reporting a concern does not itself issue a refund.
